County Cup Fixtures

Would all members please note that upon receipt of their County Football Association Cup Competition draw, they should immediately make contact with their scheduled opponents in any TJFA match which was previously arranged on this date to advise of the necessary postponement of the TJFA match.

Apart from being common courtesy to do so, it allows any opponents who are not involved in a County Cup fixture to:

1. Cancel any pitch booking.

2. Cancel any Match Official booking.

3. Cancel any transport which may have been organised.

4. Allow the opponents (if they are not also involved in any County Cup fixture) to contact their respective Divisional Co-ordinator and perhaps reorganise a TJFA League/Cup match.

In addition, would members who are competing in County Cup matches please read RULE 11P, especially relating to Divisional Co-ordinator "contact". PLEASE >> DO NOT send the County FA Match Sheets to us for County Cup fixtures. The ONLY Match Sheet we require is the TJFA Match Sheet depicting the match which may have been postponed due to the County Cup tie, and this is the responsibility of the HOME TEAM in the TJFA postponed match.

Finally, the RULES of County Cup fixtures belong to the COUNTIES and may differ from those utilised in this League. You should contact the relevent COUNTY FA and NOT the League Office for questions on the RULES in County FA fixtures.
