Match Sheet Omissions

Would all Managers please take a minute or so to check that all details are fully completed on the Match Sheet prior to posting/delivering to the League Office.

Remember to insert the age group & division, the Referee Name and mark and the actual date of the match.

You should also ensure that the substitutes (if used) have signed the Sheet. If they have not played any part of the match, mark alongside the name "Did Not Play".

By carrying out these simple checks prior to posting the Sheet, you can save your Clubs the costs of unnecessary sanctions.

Match Sheets MUST ARRIVE IN THE LEAGUE OFFICE ON/BEFORE TUESDAY (11:00am) FOLLOWING GAMES PLAYED OVER THE PREVIOUS WEEKEND. The earlier we receive them, the earlier the web site can be updated.
