Player Registrations

Please note the following instructions relating to Player Registrations:

1. Player Registrations will not be undertaken whilst you wait!

2. All Registrations forwarded to the League Office must contain a stamped self-addressed envelope for their subsequent return. You CANNOT COLLECT the Registrations and WE DO NOT sell stamps or envelopes.

3. You MUST put the correct value of postage on the envelope to the League Office and one of exactly the same value on the enclosed SAE. Both envelopes should be the same size!

4. The Registrations will be completed as soon as possible BUT we have NO IDEA how long that will take! Please don't ask!

5. If a Player is awaiting a birthday before being eligible to Register you must only submit the documentation on/after the Players birthday. DO NOT submit the Registration and ask us to "hang on to it"!

6. DO NOT write the ID Number of any Player on the Player ID CARDS!

7. To ensure we complete as many Player Registrations prior to the first Sunday (11/09/11) it would be greatly appreciated if people calling into the League Office to deposit Registrations would leave immediately after having done so, not wait around asking a "million questions" which are probably catered for in the League Rulebook. If we fail to achieve the completion of Player Registrations on/before 11/09/11 it may well occur due to the fact you stopped us from working by having a "chat" when you call in!

8. NO Player Registrations will be undertaken unless ALL documentation is correctly completed and the full value of the Registration Fee is enclosed. If something YOU SEND is incomplete, or incorrect, ALL REGISTRATIONS WILL BE RETURNED TO SENDER WITH NO PLAYERS REGISTERED
