Summer 7-a-Side Tournament
Saturday 16th & Sunday 17th June 2012

Dear Team Manager,

Mount Pleasant Rangers are holding our 11th Annual 7-A-Side football tournament (Maximum 10
players per team) at Darlington School of Maths & Science (formerly Branksome School) Eggleston View, Darlington, Co Durham, DL3 9SH. As in previous years the competition will be held over two days as follows (age groups as of 2011/12 season):

Saturday 16th June 2012: U8, U10, U12, U14.

Sunday 17th June 2012: U7, U9, U11, U13.

Please note as per Football Association rulings that Under 7's and Under 8's will be playing in
a 'round-robin' style event as apposed to a league formatted competitive style tournament -
every player in these age groups will receive a participation award at the end of their event.

Academy players welcome - maximum 2 per team. Please note that any participating academy
players MUST be registered with their relevant team/club to be able to participate.

On both days the competition will start at 9.30am, teams need to have registered at the control tent by no later than 9.00am. Please note that entry will be strictly on a first come, first served basis and the entry fee for each team entered is £30. Please make cheques payable to Mount Pleasant Rangers JFC (Please note all entries are non refundable, in all circumstances. In the event of extreme weather conditions and the tournament being abandoned no monies can be
refunded).

There will be a cut off point of 18 teams per age group (excluding under 7's and under 8's), please
return the attached form as soon as possible, but to arrive no later than Saturday 12th
May 2012 to:
