Trimdon United Juniors Summer Tournament

Dear Secretary,

I am delighted to invite your club to take part in our 2012 summer tournaments to be held on Saturday 14th and Sunday 15th July 2012 at Trimdon Village Community College.

The events will be split as follows:

Saturday 14th July 2012 Under 8's & Under 10's (7-a-side), Under 14's & Under 16's (11-a-side)

Sunday 15th July 2011 Under 7's & Under 9's (7-a-side), Under 12's & Under 15's (11-a-side)

Tournament Entry is by invitation only and we would like to invite you to come along and join us in our annual event. Last years events enjoyed glorious sunshine and a feast of excellent football from all of the boys and girls who took part.

The entry fee for this year's tournament is just £25 per team; payable in advance; with cheques made payable to Trimdon United Juniors FC. Tournament fees are non refundable.

The age groups for this year's tournament are:

Under 7's Children to be 7 or under on 31st August 2012
Under 8's Children to be 8 or under on 31st August 2012
Under 9's Children to be 9 or under on 31st August 2012
Under 10's Children to be 10 or under on 31st August 2012
Under 12's Children to be 12 or under on 31st August 2012
Under 14's Children to be 14 or under on 31st August 2012
Under 15's Children to be 15 or under on 31st August 2012
Under 16's Children to be 16 or under on 31st August 2012

I have attached an entry form for use by your club and would be grateful if you could indicate number of teams entered at each age group on the entry form. Entry is on a first come first served basis with a maximum 6 teams per age group in all sections. Please note that each team can have a maximum of 12 players in it's squad in the 7-a-side events and a maximum of 18 players in it's squad in the 11-a-side age groups. Please note that players cannot play for more than one team on a day. Mixed teams can compete in the under 7, under 8, under 9, under 10 and under 12 events.

Tournament rules and squad registration sheets will be issued on receipt of entry application and match schedules will be issued on the day.
